The Executive Committee and Board of Trustees would like to advise you that the next Biennial
General Meeting (BGM) will take place on the afternoon of Sunday 21st April, 2024. Please save the
date and have a say in your Mandal’s future. Further details about the BGM will follow.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that GAAL would like to use electronic
communication when circulating important correspondence to its Members. Although in the past we
have posted out correspondence, to save on costs and be more environmentally friendly, we believe
the time is now right for GAAL to move to being paper free.

This important step has not been taken lightly, but we believe most of our Members now have access
to smartphones, tablets or computer devices, they are able to receive emails, WhatsApp messages or
able to access the GAAL website.

If you are unable to access, or know of someone who is not able to access digital devices, then
